Between Punta Mojarra (eastern end of Isla Canela) and Punta del Caiman (37º12’N/07º20’W) opens the entrance to the port. The sandbanks that give off the aforementioned points, vary frequently so it will be necessary to be informed beforehand.

Entrance by sea: On the approach to Marina Isla Canela from the sea, look for the white and red beacon (castle buoy) indicating navigable waters with a stop mark and radar reflector, anchored at 37º 10.700′ N/007º 19.340′ W, D B 10s 5M. The point is 0.4 miles S of the Poniente breakwater light.

Once in position, navigate towards the mouth of the Carreras River, preferably towards the red light, since the greatest depth is found near the pier that runs to the west, while on the east side there is a shallow area that requires special attention, especially at low tide.

At Isla del Moral at the point (37º11.3’N/07º20.4’W) is the front light (Fl B) of the entrance line, at 295 meters the back light (Fl B 4s), both average the entrance. The fishing port has two recently enlarged docks, with drafts of between 3 and 6 m, and a new fishing market with all the services.

Marina Isla CanelaMarina Isla Canela is a marina located in the natural setting of Isla Canela, part of the municipality of Ayamonte and opposite the town of Isla Cristina, in the province of Huelva, Andalusia.

The Isla Canela port is a modern facility that currently has 231 berths from 6 to 24 meters with a minimum draught of 3 meters in BVE and its expansion is planned to reach 600 berths.

The hydraulic dredge is a metallic parallelepiped with a maximum front length of 3 meters. The maximum weight allowed is 600 kg. The main body consists of metal rods arranged parallel to the mouth. In front of the mouth there is a tube with 30 injectors. Through these, pressurized water is introduced, which lifts the substrate and introduces it into the main body. On the opposite side of the mouth there is a folding plate that allows the seafood to come out once it is lifted. It has three other secondary lines of injectors that clean the catch as it enters the interior.

Hello, I went there for the weekend, without doubt to repeat, from the first moment we felt very welcomed by Jessica, very friendly and professional, she recommended us the mushroom and truffle risotto, and the shrimp tails with guacamole, thank you.

Very good place to eat, good views, food and ambience. We booked for lunch out and everything was fantastic. Very good service, I want to highlight Jessica, very attentive and detailed with the service. We ordered starters and main courses. The dishes were very well served, detailed and very tasty. The desserts if something weaker, especially the cheesecake that had little flavor, but in general everything was very good. Great value for money. Thank you very much, we will be back.

I think it is one of the best entrecots and risottos I have ever tasted in my life. The quality of the service was spectacular, the dishes were delicious and the price was very good. Jessica took care of us and made sure we were really comfortable. Thank you so much!

What a pity that there are people who do not know how to eat in this place so beautiful spectacular and as food 10 but well I see answered that there are many people who to eat tripe that do not leave their homes are filed and eat them in it and I say this as a customer who have ordered all the tables tripe and we have loved.
